My practice is holistic, approaching each person as a body, mind and soul. I meet with those who are facing hardship in relationships, anxiety, life struggles, losses, motherhood, and personal growth in a professional and accepting environment.

Depression seems like a hole that is impossible to climb out of. There are many issues that military spouses and mothers deal with, she was able to focus in on the most debilitating problems.

She had so many useful coping mechanisms that she offered up. She also seemed to know exactly when to just listen. Her own perspective as a wife and mother was invaluable. She was really someone that I felt extremely comfortable connecting with.
