I’m so glad your’re here! I care about every person who walks through my door for who they are and what they are facing. There is so much more to therapy and life changing growth than just diagnoses.
My practice is holistic, approaching each person as a body, mind and soul. I meet with those who are facing hardship in relationships, anxiety, life struggles, losses, motherhood, and personal growth in a professional and accepting environment.
I am a virtual practice allowing me to work with anyone in the state of Idaho.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Biola University and a Master of Science Degree in
Clinical Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho:
LCPC 7609.
I have been licensed and practicing for 10+ years.
I am a Registered Supervisor for the State of Idaho.
My experience as a counselor has included work with military members and their families, individuals and couples, community mental health, domestic violence victims, and private practice.
I am passionate about what I do and I am here to watch you grow.
